Property Tax Rates per thousand dollars of valuation – in the City of
Spokane Valley $1.50 Per $1,000.00 valuation in Spokane County - Only
Deer Park is lower… All others are higher including Liberty Lake.
Where your property Taxes Go: City of Spokane Valley gets 13%, the
balance goes to CV School Dist 33%; Fire District #1 24%; Spokane Co Library
4%; State School 16% and the county of Spokane 10%. What this $1.50
buys for you: Police Protection, Community Planning, Building Services,
Parks and Recreation, General Government and more. All this for an average
of $20.54 per month based on the average home value in the city of Spokane
Valley $164,325.00.
In 2009 the City of Spokane Valley started out with $6,800,000.00
in the BANK!
